The moment you have clarity with your vision and start living accordingly is the moment you will begin to face the most opposition.

You will often be accused of behaviors, attitudes, and actions that are the exact opposite of the character and values you embody and l, how you choose to conduct yourself as it pertains to your vision.

Your intentions will be questioned…

…An unfortunate reality that is a punch in the gut.

People will often project their shortcomings, intentions, attitudes, and behaviors onto you….

…Also an unfortunate reality that is a punch in the gut.

The greatest “F” bomb you can drop on the world is this…..

1) be crystal clear with WHO you are
2)be crystal clear with WHAT your vision is

CLARITY is the greatest “F” bomb you can drop on people as you make your mark in this world.

Clarity ensures you are anchored to the
“F”reedom that is necessary for you to take the punches and turn them to power and purpose.

Clarity is what enables you to stay the course long enough for your doubters to become your disciples.

Is it me, or are we afraid of risk? It seems as though we live in these bubbles of “safety” where we incessantly work to keep things from getting out of hand. I’m not talking about COVID. I’m talking about that job you’ve been looking at that would provide margin. Or that workout routine you’ve been putting off (speaking to myself here). That person you should be asking forgiveness from, or more importantly that person you need to forgive. Maybe it’s a volunteer role you’ve been asked to fill. I haven’t researched it, I may be wrong, but it seems like we have either pulled back due to apathy or we’re trying to control everything. Maybe it’s both. Look at your own life and decide for yourself.

Men have the responsibility to be persons of action – to reject the standard of quiet desperation that the uninitiated choose by default – to chase down purpose with reckless abandon – to serve a cause greater than our self-interest to become the king over our castle.

How many arguments do you engage in every day? Whether it’s with your spouse, family member, co-worker, friend, or on social media, do you find yourself engaging in trying to prove your point?

Unfortunately, we are living in a culture in which many men have been on the receiving or giving end of egregious intentional wrong-doing. Many men have been living through years of painful relationships that have damaged their ability to engage in peaceful and fruitful relationships. These circumstances may result in an attitude of unforgiveness, which can spiral down into bitterness. Bitterness blows out the candle of peace and joy in a soul, leaving it empty.
